Exhibition Opening Hours

Times in the programme are indicated in CEST – Central Europe Time (GMT+2).

The Exhibition will open on Saturday, 10 April 2021 – 09:00-18:00 CEST and remain accessible for a period of three months following the official congress dates.

During the above dates the exhibition will be open 24/7 and access will be available to all registered participants in all time zones.

Although not limited, the recommended booth staffing hours are as follows:

Saturday, 10 April, 2021 – 09:00- 18:00 (CEST)
Sunday, 11 April, 2021 – 09:00- 18:00 (CEST)
Monday, 12 April, 2021 – 09:00- 18:00 (CEST)
Tuesday, 13 April, 2021 – 09:00- 18:00 (CEST)

Chats and Videos

Chats and videos can be integrated into the virtual booth spaces according to the entitlements listed in the sponsorship prospectus. Companies will be able to receive the contact details of delegates who agreed to have their details shared with the industry.

Booth Types and Designs

Branded virtual booths may include digital content such as: documents, videos, links to webpages, social media links, etc.

Companies are welcome to choose their preferred branding colour according to the below options and according to their sponsorship level. In addition to the below designed options, companies will be able to suggest their own graphic design for integration on the platform. Integration of such designs is subject to approval and may be subject to an additional cost, depending on the request and its feature.
